Today I was Playing A Match Of UHC When Suddenly The Borders Shrinks I Get Teleported And I Was Getting Hit By Something. It Was Clearly A Player, When I Got To 4 Hearts He Finally Appeared But Could Not Live. . . ( The Game Didn't Have Invisibility And Strength Potions Wasn't On). I Talked With The UHC-Mods In The Game They Said It Is Impossible For This To Happen.

This is something that is indeed possible to happen and is kinda out our control since it's caused by how minecraft works. But we're trying to find a solution for it. Sorry for the issues.
