CONNECTION ISSUE! (FREEZES EVERY MINUTE OR SO)

Hi.I have been experiencing an issue on mainly Badlion and a few other servers where I freeze every minute or so.
It usually happens whilst playing meetup.
I also don't think its a client side issue, I've already reinstalled.
My connection is absolutely fine - 26ms
WIFI: 80d 10ms 10u
This has only started happening since I got my new internet (Virgin Media)
It is significantly better than my old internet but this has started. (Sky)
If you can help me resolve this issue I would appreciate it, and it would improve my badlion experience.

Hello,Is your client totally freezing (like not responding) or just like players not moving etc ?

It doesn't say not responding. Everything freezes for a couple of seconds and usually it results in me being ghosted.Also, whilst your here, can you tell me why I keep crashing from badlion onto my main menu? It happened a lot a few months ago and it's only gotten worse.

I feel like this might have something to do with packets being spammed by our servers…i've heard of this issue happening on meetup quite often. I'm going to have some further investigations looked into this.
