you seem not to get it, i have 120 ms on eu and when I say laggy players i'm talking about players with 200-350 ms, you are 1930 good for you wouldn't be higher if the Kb is different or the badlion had less cheaters.

Build is fine , I just thing the rod kb is a bit too much.Pot is a huge improvement compared to s14/s15 beta but it can be tweaked
