1. Horse was a dead kit, probably the least played kit, this is the first time someone suggested bringing Horse back as a ranked kit. When Iron got removed, people instantly began making threads, messaging Archy and there was even a tournament made to demonstrate that people still want Iron to be a ranked kit.

2. Even nowadays it's not played, it's so rare to see someone play it as an unranked kit. Why would they bring it back if literally nobody plays it.

3. It's full of glitches and randomness, which doesn't blend in in the aims in terms of competitiveness Badlion is trying to achieve.
That means if you shoot your opponents horse, there's an undefinable chance of it standing up weirdly and blocking your a) sight and b) shooting line. This is uncontrollable, since you neither can avoid it nor influence it in the way how or where you shoot or whatever. It's completely random and may even change force the match to go in the opposite direction.

4. Another glitch is the Horse NCP one, if you hit your opponent while he's sitting on his horse, you don't have any hit delay (as if you were playing combo). That means that you can get more than the 2 hits a second you're used to and your opponent can die in no-time. This is especially annoying because Horse is supposed to be a bow, not a melee kit and that leads me to my next point.

5. It's not a bow kit anymore, if you're better than your opponent it's easy for them to cheese the game and swordrush with the chance of succeeding due to 3. or 4.. You don't even have to be good to do it, because of the little KB your horse takes when you shoot it. You basically have to rely on 3. to occur.

6. If you want to play it, feel free to play it as an unranked kit. If you want to play it against someone decent, feel free to duel me ingame. It's honestly so glitchy, random and unpopular that a reappearance in ranked is highly unlikely or basically impossible. Therefore yeah, it's shit.

With a few adjustments I personally wouldn't mind horse as a ranked ladder, in particular I'd like to see the hit detection on horseback fixed. But even then I still don't see it ever becoming a popular kit
