[Client] Bringing back the 128tps code

Hello,can you guys make the 128Tps experience for 1.7.10 and bringing back a Premium Matchmaking on the ArenaPvP,
this queue will be available only for the Badlion Client users for the compatibility for this matchmaking.
I think this is a pity to not use this technology cause it offers a better fluidity to this game.
