EU Arena PvP server Bug | I can't join Arena Lobby

IGN: QD_willycxpyA few days ago I was on the queue to join a ranked match when Badlion shut down. When I tried to join Arena Lobby I couldn't enter.
I thought it might be a bug as s14 ones, in which I have to wait 15 minutes, but 3-4 days ago (today) I can't still join Arena Lobby
