anyone miss those days? obviously none of them were good at pvp or mining but they played a lot more strategically and had a ton of commentating. im rewatching one right now and i miss using torches, having dark caves just made the game feel more exciting idk.plus i'm kind of sick of sweaty mineman pvp and toxicity and 500 players games with 500 cleans, so it's a nice relaxing throwback

I start playing because of them and they were the people who created uhc, rip old days when everything was simple.Posted on 14 November 2017 - 11:24 AM
I miss those days too, UHC was so much more fun.Posted on 16 November 2017 - 05:37 AM
I used to love watching those. Would take them an hour to even get full iron. In their defence though, they did play without starter food, without final heal, without heads, more mobs, no gamma, etc.Posted on 16 November 2017 - 05:48 AM
I used to sit for hours and watch them, they were so much fun to watch, it's too bad that it stopped.Last edited on 18 November 2017 - 06:01 PM by Koknia
Ah, the good old days…I remember watching genrikb's uhc smp when it first came out and used to binge watch ethoslab's letsplays about complex red stone and stuff like that. Tbh those youtubers were probably the best minecraft youtubers that I have ever experienced. Their videos were so comical and absolutely so enjoyable to watch. Man it sucks that most of them moved on , but that's how life is. People move on, and the ones left behind can't do anything about it, but be stuck in the emotions.

i know, sethbling used to be my favorite youtuber, then it was antvenom because he played maps, parkour, and pvp stuff. back then i wanted to be a redstone master and make an adventure map lol. then i got full born flown into survival games by huahwi and eventually got here and became part of the pvp community. great people since the ogs are pretty much gone now, but i miss them. etho was always a good dudde too, i'm actually rewatching his lp lol
i've started a 1.8.9 survival world lol using a default edit, man good old caving with torches, mob farms, i've made an og x mineshaft that antvenom had made in his world, it's so much fun now that its nostalgic. I spent like three years trying to get better at pvp, this is more relaxing lol
