Injust bans

Hi. I have seen that ChristianSkills_ has recently been banned but he was using the "J3Ultimate Unleashed 0.0.2" mod. This mod is completely legal (it has already been checked) but the console has detected it as a hack. I'd like to be sure if the console is going to ban me while I'm using this mod … it would be an unfair ban.
