Badlion Client 1.2.3 Update

Hey folks. We are back today to share some important bug fixes and internal tweaks to how the Badlion Client works as we prepare for a larger update with the client. The Badlion Client 1.2.3 update is a big step forward for us to do a better job at keeping cheaters out, and is WAY faster for you. These anticheat changes will require a reboot when upgrading to the new client. When you upgrade it will prompt you to restart your machine and you will not be able to join a BAC enabled server until you have rebooted it.

We plan on releasing a big update before the end of the year. Keep your ears peeled for an opportunity to test out the client before we release the next major update.



  • Stronger and more secure Anticheat
  • Anticheat uninstaller bundled if you choose to uninstall the Badlion Client from your system :(
  • Performance optimizations when joining a BAC enabled server
  • Upgraded the core software we are using for the Client GUI which was out of date by about 8-9 months. This overall should help improve performance and stability.



  • Fixed an issue where logs sometimes would be chopped off or missing information
  • Fixed an issue where some log lines were not outputting properly for us to analyze
  • Fixed a rare issue where sometimes patches were not being applied properly
  • Fixed some internal memory management issues
  • Fixed some random AC crash issues



  • Added more debug for BAC related issues when connecting/disconnecting to/from a server
  • Added better message boxes for various errors and how to resolve them
  • Added BAC ban detection for when running the game already
  • Changed a lot of stuff internally to work better/faster with the new anticheat systems.
  • New loading icon when joining a server
  • Changed log format date/time to be ISO compliant



  • Minecraft 1.8 Rework for Badlion Client
  • Redesigned interface for the Minecraft Client
  • Performance improvements



  • Sometimes when loading the client for the first few minutes your mouse might lag a bit. This is due to the AC being more aggressive when it is first turned on. Just wait a few minutes and it should disappear. We are investigating a fix for this. If you consistently have mouse issues please write your name below so we can look into it further with you.
  • When hitting "Launch" the Badlion Client might say "Not Responding" and act like it's frozen. This is just a bug with the GUI being frozen but the actual client is still turning on, just give it a bit of time and it will open up Minecraft.
  • Sometimes the mod positioning still is wrong if you massively resize your window. We are still looking into this.



    • That's all for now folks. Once again keep an eye out for an opportunity to test the new Badlion Client that we hope to release before 2017 comes to an end.

    This is fixed in a later version of the Badlion Client that is undergoing testing at the moment.
