I always wanted gapple PvP to be toned down to something like(One set of) prot 1 armor, str 1, speed 2. sharp 1 and fire aspect 1. This would make it so that unbreaking doesn't play a role in gapple matches.-Lab

I might be wrong, but I think armour has a chance to take damage every hit regardless of whether the playing is taking damage, so it could just be the sword taking less damage & blabla clicking more. I wish everyone just didn't put unbreaking on their swords, then you would actually know. mahwellor maybe

https://www.badlion.net/forum/thread/18690I posted this thread like a week ago but it got no replies, basically the way unbreaking works is that it randomly decides whether to apply durability damage, so armor breakage can end up being pretty luck-based in a close fight.
