Idea to stop Toxcicity

I think a way to greatly reduce toxicity, would be to have a reward for simply saying "gg" or "gf." And when you do say that, you would be rewarded one extra elo for a win or a loss. Yes, it's similar to Hypixel, but it doesn't mean it's theirs exclusively. This is my idea, but there are probably better ideas than mine.
