NO SE COMO QUITARME LA IP BANNED

Yo habia sido baneado por Too many bans / Ip-banned en mi cuenta y en la de mi hermano.
Hace 2 meses yo había hecho la appeal por ip-banned en mi cuenta y fue aceptada la appeal, pero ahora quiero hacer appeal por uso de GClient (Fue antes del Ip-banned) y no me deja hacer la appeal porque me dice que sigo con el ip-banned, entonces intente hacer la appeal en la cuenta de mi hermano y me decia lo mismo, entonces que hago????
Mi cuenta se llama Walkerml y la de mi hermano es ThirdClass.

He tenido que pedir esta cuenta que es de mi amigo, porque no puedo escribir en el foro con mi cuenta baneada.

I had been banned by Too many bans / Ip-banned on my account and my brother's.
2 months ago I had made the appeal by ip-banned in my account and the appeal was accepted, but now I want to make appeal by using GClient (It was before the Ip-banned) and it does not let me make the appeal because it tells me that I'm still with the ip-banned, then I tried to make the appeal in my brother's account and he told me the same, so what do I do ????
