Non-donates unable to connect to UHC

I have been recently having troubles when trying to connect to UHC. Every time I try it says you are not white-listed and I should get a rank to access it.Anyone else have that problem?

The games fill instantly when whitelist comes off. The whitelist comes off at the times listed on the calender: https://www.badlion.net/uhc/upcoming-matchesDonators can join before that time, and Donator+ can join 20 minutes after that time.
