A suggestion that I was thinking of for a while now and I am sure has already been suggested and I never saw it, was to just lower the slots in all of the servers to make buying Donator more worth it. Since the price was increased to $30, I'm sure people wouldn't want to donate $30 for something they could have paid $20 for in the past. By lowering all of the player slots, people would see buying Donator as more worth the price so that they could join full servers. Since this is something that has most likely been already suggested, I would love to hear feedback from mainly @Archybot or @MasterGberry so that I can know why it wasn't implemented earlier if it was suggested or if it is even a good idea.

The problem with this is that we already HAVE increased it and it would make us look greedy as hell if we lowered the amount of slots just to make more money

We actually have a cap of 750 on potion that is constantly maxed.

This + what Burnt said. Donators can bypass the limit on PotPvP at the moment.
