Error with correctly loading in chunks

https://youtu.be/zTWdAKxz6SkIn the video provided, when I play in an arena match, my chunks load and unload when I move around. But in the lobby, my chunks are perfectly fine. My video drivers are updated, Java is up to date, and everything that I can imagine. I even spectated a UHC and everything was okay. Please help.
