Also you aren't helping at all, when you within the last couple of months have broken the rules yourself. We host actually put a lot of time into helping out the server. Take Amandawest or Reesb for an example. Amandawest had 70 games hosted last month, if we say that games usually last around 1 hour and 30 minutes that would be 105 hours used on hosting in just ONE month. We rarely get appreciation for our work, and we know that is something which is a part of the job. But we keep on hosting for you guys. And if you really want to help out you can either stop complaining, motivate people to apply, or do it yourself!

Everyone says that the players r ungrateful and that they don't show respect to the hosts. But no one ever thought about when the host were disrespected. What I mean is what if the player just got teamed on, hacked on, xrayed to, and ghosted? And maybe even tried to report the player but the host is busy with other player's reports. The player is furious and angry that wants to take their anger out on someone. Now if they win, they don't complain, and trust me ESPECIALLY in the pvp community, most of them can't control their anger like others can do. This is just common sense, but if the hosts kept getting disrespected when the last game they hosted was like 2 weeks ago. That's an issue. I dont actually expect them to literally punch and break the door, I was meaning that they should handle it themselfs in an almost private way, where they wont ruin your day
"most of them can't control their anger like others can do" This is the stuff that im talking about, some people hide behind that statement and blame it on the "I cant control my anger" For me that isn´t a valid excuse, But I guess I never had to deal with it so what would I know.

Overall, there are less games because hosts have become demotivated due to the community we have lost quite a few hosts the past month because of this. If we got respect and weren't messaged: "Kys host" , "Shit Host hope you get demoted" etc…There might be more games but its just the factor of us not being treated well and people just asking us to host so they can cheat. We host because we volunteer some of us would like to play the odd UHC now and there could you imagine sitting at your computer being stressed by people which aren't happy when you could be playing?
