Default ELO: 1000Silver I: 0 to 400
Silver II: 400 to 700
Silver III: 700 to 1000
Gold I: 1000 to 1300
Gold II: 1300 to 1500
Gold III: 1500 to 1700
Diamond I: 1700 to 1900
Diamond II: 1900 to 2100
Diamond III: 2100 to 2400
Emerald I: 2400 to 2700
Emerald II: 2700 to 3000
Master: 3000 to 3400
Elite: 3400+
ELO winning/losing:
X is attacker
Y is victim/dead
Rating Transportation rules:
* Minimum rating transport is "20"
* +5 rating transport for every rank "X-Y" (Example: Gold III - Gold I = 10 pts)
Example:
-> X(attacker) is Master
-> Y(victim) is Diamond I
X will get +20 rating and Y will lose -20
Reverse Example:
-> X(attacker) is Gold III
-> Y(victim) is Emerald I
X will get +40 rating and Y will lose -40 too
