This is so unfair for this following reason.As we all know much people from SA come to NA because they get better ping on NA or because of some other reasons but what happens is that in countries excluding Canada and USA, all the movies come a few months after they do on other countries so much south Americans will get spoiled about it even before they have a chance to see it and the rule will be removed before it comes out on south america.
