Take note:These changes only apply to Mentors/Mod+s. If you are not one of these, then this does not affect you or apply to you whatsoever.

We are going to be changing the evaluation system in terms of what mentors will be submitting on their trial. The change that is happening are the following:

Mentors will now be required to give a breakdown of the accepted/denied report ratio in the evaluation

Here's an example

Accepted Reports - 25

Breakdown:

12 - for Kill Aura/Forcefield
8 - for Speed
3 - For Flying
2 - for Teaming in UHCMeetup

Denied Reports - 3

Breakdown:

2 - For Teaming in SG
1 - For Kill Aura/Forcefield

Why has this been added in?

Mentors jobs is to come to a decision, based off the reports and the understanding of the trials knowledge on whether or not they are ready to be promoted. Mentors should be taking into account their activity, as well as the reports and the reasons for reports. Including a breakdown of the trials reports will make it easier for mentors to determine when a trial is ready to pass.

Minigames Seniors and Managers often review evaluations and review the number of reports accepted & denied. But however, we often may take a look into the trials work they have done to ensure that they are comfortable with what they are doing. Again, including a breakdown of the reports will make it easier for Minigame seniors, managers and the Head of MiniGames (Irish_99) to decide if the trial has sufficient evidence to prove that they are ready to fur-fill their moderator duties.

Adding this rule in will also allow mentors to improve a trials areas of weaknesses and will allow them to understand their job better. This will also allow MiniGames seniors and above to come to confident and accurate decisions without the need of investigating further. When do these changes take effect?

These changes now take effect - (24th January)
