I'm starting to think nobody likes me since my last two thoughts were never put in place!

My idea is this. When i want to create a LMS or WAR i always get the famous "We are out of Arenas" message. I've tried this atleast 100+ times, and i keep getting the same message, and its pretty annoying because the main reason i bought Donator+ was because i wanted to start my own LMS or WARs that i personally enjoyed more then the other ones, i would rather have a UHC war or a Archer LMS but that never happens, instead it's always pot pvp based, which I'm not that great at.. anyway so my suggestion is that, why not make it so that when i try to create a LMS or WAR, a random Arena is chosen, then "Whitelisted" after it is chosen, so nobody can play in that arena. The people that are in that Arena when it is chosen have 3 minutes to end the game, otherwise the game is ended for them and they do not have a loss in elo. What do you guys think? Am i just making a fool of myself in front of the community and everyone is laughing at my silly suggestions, or are you guys actually with me and are annoyed that you paid money to do this but you still cannot.

Pretty sure this is actually just a bug. @Archybot to shed some light on it

This is a bug with the arena's not cycling
