Not really, a better test is one found here: https://fivethirtyeight.com/features/most-personality-quizzes-are-junk-science-i-found-one-that-isnt/
This personality test's conscientiousness score is a better predictor of workplace success than IQ by quite a bit

I don't believe that these online tests are an accurate indicator of one's true IQ.I still think this is a neat thread though!
During my sophomore year of high school I took psychological evaluation tests and an IQ test at hospital and I scored 161.
I don't know how in the heckeroni I got that score… if there were global leaderboards for having a hard time understanding things, I'd easily be in the 3rd percentile… XD

Well, the IQ correlates medium strong with work success so I wouldn't call it a bad predictor either. The main problem with IQ is that it's quite hard to messure. As soon as you are aware that you are taking an IQ test the test results wont reflect your true IQ. Also just because you got a high IQ doesn't mean you will enjoy your job and succeed in it.
The Big 5 is probably still a better test for this and there are some staff selection procedures which are using the dimensions of the Big 5 to select the "perfect candidate" for a job.
But you shouldn't forget that the IQ and BIG 5 meassure different things and shouldn't be seen as a replacement for each other. They kinda complete eachother.

Yeah, I guess I personally find IQ to be something of a pseudoscience due to racial correlations and other stuff which makes me see it as a highly flawed metric.

That's actually not true! It's very possible to exceed 160. Plenty of people have.

Wrong. The max that you can score is 160 BUT when you have an IQ higher than 160 they estimate your actual IQ.
As you may have seen before when someone have an IQ higher than 160 its put like this: (Name of the person) 180-210 IQ
