I got you all, but the thing is u r not the only one who reports, so there is only one solution if u want to get them banned, and that solution is to record and post it on forum (ik u have 2fps).

Just because you don't see them getting banned doesn't mean they haven't been caught.Sometimes it takes awhile for a cheater to get banned. And sometimes some cheaters slip through to cracks and don't get caught. The best thing you can do is help us out.
