Me las acabo de leer ahora. No mucha gente las lee, yo las he leído ahora porque tenía tiempo, pero normalmente la gente empieza a jugar sin saber las normas, hay que facilitar la lectura de dichas normas. I just read them now. Not many people read them, I read them now because I had time, but usually people start playing without knowing the rules, you have to facilitate the reading of those rules. For example it would be good that in each modality within the server they would put a little book that told you the rules of that modality.

Not really, the other servers have different rules, not every server has the same rules.
Example : Using caps is allowed here, I doubt the other servers -> disallowed.
