Decided to make alittle in depth/bump of Do's and Don't on reports.

Just a few tips for players when creating reports! If you did not know, Badlion has a reports section for you if you get evidence of a hacker, find a staff member abusing powers, or find someone not following chat reports. You can find that here followed by the 3 formats that are listed on the page (BAN/MUTE, STAFF ABUSE, SPECIAL RANK) that we as staff URGE you to use when creating these reports. With that being said let's get started.

Hacker/Teaming Videos

#1 - As said above, use the format especially when recording third person & Teaming. Do not give us the video without telling us who we are watching, it will get confusing and possibly result in punishing the wrong player.

#2 - More evidence. If possible, try and spectate the 'hacker(s)' after you have finished that round. It may help us to get a better perspective of the hacker, and maybe even handle the report faster.

#3 Give timestamps. Please do not give us a 20 minute video without timestamps. Just.. Don't.

Other

#1 - Using inappropriate language. We understand you're upset at whatever has caused you to make a report, but please refrain from using bad language.

#2 Tagging mods. We have very active mods , so don't worry a mod will see your report and either handle it or forward to the appropriate person. Especially seniors, let the the mods tag seniors.
