Hey!I just got screenshared on another Server ( I wont write the name here ) and it actually felt very weird, that a strange person has got the full control about my computer. This dude downloaded stuff and looked into my privat folders and pictures. Is this legit? I can´t imagine, that it is.
What do you guys think about screensharing?
Thanks and have a nice evening

It's pointless, people can still hide cheats even with people who know what they are doing.Last edited on 19 January 2018 - 03:32 PM by Business_Tiger

No its not. If you have the correct programms you can find every hacked client and every sort of illegal stuff. But I agree that looking in private files and foto not the correct way is to ss.

I think its invasion of privacy which is bad but it's the only way you can tell if some actually cheats (except if it's blatant lol)Posted on 20 January 2018 - 06:40 AM
Intrusion of privacy. Plus it follows a ‘guilty untill proven innocent’ theme, unlike here where if a mod doesn’t upload evidence the banned player is immediately unbanned.Posted on 24 January 2018 - 04:19 AM
If someone decides that they think you are "Hacking" if their server goes by screensharing, so be it but if someone takes control of your personal computer and goes through private folders, you can report them on the forums (should they have any). I expect that they will be kicked off the staff team.Posted on 24 January 2018 - 04:21 AM

It is. They could have plenty of stuff in their recycling bin and permanently delete them. The people screensharing go into your recycling bin, they wont know that you have ever hacked.

You can see if people deleted something the last 48hours.

It's bad since it helps clients evolve and it's an invasion of privacyPosted on 24 January 2018 - 01:18 PM

You could say the same exact thing about anti-cheats.
