Where to post staff applications?

Please make it clearer where people can post their staff applications. There are so many people that post it in the arena pvp section or something. I already made a thread about this issue.https://www.badlion.net/forum/thread/202557

Yes it is, a developer even had the courtesy to bold it for all hopeful applicants, isn't that lovely?
