Change the random damage in the SG DM

In my last game of sg, I was literally rod spammed until both of us were one hits from the random damage.Why make both players take damage when one is obviously trying to initiate a fight? Makes no sense. At least on MCSG the lightning would strike those who were farther from the center.
Please change the random damage to make it so that the players closest to the border (who are most likely the ones delaying the fight in the first place by running, hiding or rod spamming) take the damage. You'll initiate fights faster by making it so that in order to avoid taking random damage, you must be closer to the center.

yesalso would love to have everyone visible so u dont get crit twice at the start of deathmatch
right now only the players within your render before deathmatch started will be visible when you are teleported to the arena

So can't I do the opposite, hide in the middle and keep rodding you away from it 1v1 so you take more damage than me?
