Must meet 2 of the requirements atleast!

~ 2000+ BuildUHC [Emerald]
~ 1800+ SG Kit [Platinum]
~ 1700+ Bow Ladders [Platinum]
~ 1700+ Pot Ladders [Platinum]
Exceptions:
1) Friends with Officers/Owners
2) Staff
3) UHC Stats
4) Well Known in Community
5) Clan member vouch for you being good even if you do not meet the stat requirements
