The matches left are the amount of matches that you can play ranked/unranked ex: I have 20 matches left you play 2 games well you're gonna have 18 matches left to play.And you should report your bug here:

He said all, also you can vote for matches on forum plus you can ask lion/lion+ ranks for extra matches, or you can buy rank on badlion.

Yes, you can vote for matches on forum. [Extra 12 Ranked Matches] + 20 Your Daily Ranked Matches = 32

use Badlion CLient and you'll have 10 matches more
