So im making another thread on this cause some 200iq mod thought that it will fix after arena reboot , arena reboot was 10 minutes ago and i still get this message https://imgur.com/a/1lFSH after trying to join eu arena……just please do something dont just ignore like u always do

Like that mod said it does indeed take an arena reboot before you will be fixed. We have fixed this issue in Season 16 but right now we can't really do much about it.Also an arena reboot means arena needs to reboot across the whole network. It's not the same as an arena lobby rebooting.
