The main idea is that you can follow people on the forums and you get notified whenever they post / make a thread. It might be cringy and boost ppls egos which I can see why you can disagree with this idea.I’m gonna be expecting lots of Neutrals so please state why

I think the idea of being able to get notified when somebody you follows interacts on the forum is great and I know I would use it a lotHowever as you said there are a lot of people who love spamming the forums just to get in trending so I can't imagine what would happen if it was added
A way to stop that however would be that you can't see who follows you or how many you have.
That way the feature focuses solely on being able to get informed when friends / users you follow post here

On the forums people make threads discussing topics/ideas aswell socialize with each other whether it's AMA's or forum games.
Discussing = Socializing
Plus you can message people through forums which is also socializing.
The point of this idea is so people can follow people's post if someone really enjoys someone's forum account posts/threads.
