unable to appeal ban

hi my friend got ip banned and he is unable to appeal the ip ban, when he joins it says he can make a fourms account and when he logs in the website and goes to appeals, he can only appeal his judgemnt day ban which he did already.Posted on 03 February 2018 - 10:21 PM
