IP Ban issue

I logged onto badlion today to find that im ip banned all of a sudden. However, when i go onto the forums on this account i can't appeal my ip ban. Im pretty sure i have 2 accounts that are banned linked to my account. But, these were public alts i used when i was still banned from jd 5 so i now obviously don't have access to them so can't appeal their bans. Please could someone unlink these accounts from my ip as if you check the ip they were banned on you'll see that it wasn't mine.Posted on 05 February 2018 - 12:28 PM

Its a known issue. Staff members are working really hard on it.
