They have stated on many occasions that that's all they do with the money. Badlion doesn't have a super steady source of income and the fact that they have to sell ban reducers is almost definitely a sign that that's true. However, I respect Badlion's decision to do so and think that it's a good idea because they need the money to pay for the server. It's not as simple as you guys think, and I don't know if you guys have ignored or haven't seen all of Archy and Gberry's rants about how they hate it when people take money out of their servers and view them as a money making scheme, but neither of them do that. All the money is put back into the server as far as I'm aware.

I really hope that it isn't changed too the first ban being an IP ban, really ruins it for those people who have more than one person in their family playing the server.

No in fact I definitely know. The money will be put into the server to cover costs, after which TEO can have the fruits of the administration's labour for themselves in the form of profit, provided they actually help cover expenses.
