DonmanDaveHD given permission to get on on an alt?

So i came on badlion today and i knew DonmanDaveHD is banned for autoclicking BUT then i saw his ALT ryanwoods(and other letter(s) that i forgot) online i can proof it is his alt bc on factions black on the archon he has a faction with 5 alts and the alt i saw online was in there i told him to not ban evade then he answered me: and amin gave me permission to come online on an alt to play is this true?@BurntCactus (sorry for tag i'm new on these forums)

18. Ban/mute evasion is not allowed for hacking, glitching, or harassment of any kind. Doing so will get all your accounts permanently muted and/or banned.
