I've waited my punishment time, and 2 weeks after it

I have waited all my ip ban punishment time, and 2 weeks over it too, but i am still banned on my IP, this is a new account, and this is my old account which did the appeal, which is here, and look when i should have got unbanned: https://www.badlion.net/appeal/thread/323093Please unban me, as i have waited all this time :(

You appealed and were un-IP Banned. You must appeal any and all account bans.
