Something is wrong (Bug)

I need staff,my IGN is Ryzql
I've been ip banned for a week with
A. No reason
B. Can't appeal because I don't know the account that got me banned
C. It's not judgement day
D. It's an IP ban, apparently staff are looking into this but I don't understand why they can't look into my situation and get me un false
banned'
E. On the forgiveness site it says I have no punishments…
