I know I've not been around for too long, in fact, I'm new but I still talked to some people and analyzed some of the old appeals and compared it to the newer ones, and I think it's really dumb. I know that you guys are trying to get rid of cheaters, but banning people for two years is overexaggerated. We all know that badlion will die sooner or later if they don't change almost everything about the server. So, I suggest going back to the way things were. If someone gets banned, let's say by GCheat, and they appeal and plea guilty, the ban is typically reduced to 3-6 months. Never will bans ever be reduced from permanent to 2 years. The only time someone remains banned for 2 years is if they are a chronic evader and publically promote cheating (such as cheating YouTubers) or users who get banned and simply don't appeal for 2 years.I have never seen someone given a 2-year ban unless they are banned permanently and only decide to appeal after 2 years.

people that are getting banned for years are people who continue to break the rules here. i've dealt with thousands upon thousands of appeals and really for the most part if they get banned 3 ,4 , or even 5 times they really are a nuisance so i believe it's quite justified
