Well, this is my idea:I think a big part of the players that are active on forums have ever reported cheaters they've found in ArenaPvP, so they're basically getting them banned; i think players drained by cheaters should get back their elo (i lost 300 elo more or less thanks to those retards), mainly because they're supporting dtaff members into catch players that use ilegal modiffycations, and too because it's so anoying for top players to get (for example, something that happened to me in the past season) back 30 elo lost in 1 match, but in 30 matches.
PD: Elo'd be given back ONLY to the player who made the report.

that would mess up elo inflateion in a few ways. Say you were 2400 build, then fought at cheater and got drained to 2200. Now say you get that elo back legit and you are 2400 again. Now say that cheater gets banned and you get your elo back. Now you are 2600. That just doesn't seem right.
