Pre-Note: I realize you don't pay mods, thus you can't force them to moderate, I also realize that they can check out every report. I would also like to say, I tried to word this nicely, so take it as constructive criticism rather then me insulting. So recently you guy made Gcheat, it reliably bans players that are hacking. Sadly, this isn't enough, at this point in technology, it's impossible to reliably ban all hackers via a program. That's why we have mods. Most of the mods are great and read reports and such, but, some don't. A lot of the issues come with spammers, example, today (1/7/15) someone spammed chat, then someone spammed relies, overall, chat was just a mess. There was a sr. Mod on, who banned someone for something else but ignored the spam, and I'm sure many many people reported the people. Another issue comes into play with hackers. Every once in a while, you will come across a guy obviously cheating ( such as blocking and running full speed constantly or full sprinting with a drawn bow then shooting at you, convincing you it's no slow, not lag) and fight him several times, lowering your elo, even waiting a bit gets you into s match with them eventually. It comes down to mods caring about reports and quantity of staff at any given point in time. I understand, mods, you want to have fun, who wouldn't? You are playing a game, but if a name comes up over and over, check them out please. An idea that would work out better is a system for the mods, let's say 4 mods are on at once, all normal mods, (example) 1 could look through chat, another could play the game and 1v1 people the other two could look through the reports. Obviously, that may not be exactly what you do, but examples are examples. My point is, mods can take turns playing the game and moderating so we can play with minimal hackers. At this point you may not have enough staff to do this, there is generally 3 or so mods on at prime times and 1-2 on not so prime times. What I am suggesting is simply more mods. I think this will improve and grow your community which is why I am saying this.
Thank you for your time and for the great server :)
