is 1700 good?

Average rank is 1400 because according to the way elo works the average should never stray from 1400 since elo is always exchanged in equal amounts (if I lose 10, you gain 10, etc. (bar cheaters and manipulators which likely changes the average to maybe 1400.5 or something like that, but it's a minor enough change that it won't hugely affect it)). 1700 is okay, it's good but isn't phenomenal.
