Hey, so there has been a lot of pvp cheaters on arena pvp lately and no matter what you do, /report or msg a mod, they almost never answer. This is annoying because in /list you can see all the staff members online and almost all of them never care about the hackers. One thing to do to fix this is that staff shouldn't be allowed to afk in the lobby of arena pvp. This will prevent players from msging them but not receiving the help they need.
I understand that arena moderators also want to play the game and play arena instead of moderating, so all arena moderators should disguise if they are not deciding to moderate. This will help players not spam message arena moderators when they decide to play. If you are deciding to moderate, you should not be disguised, answer to almost all reports, and such. Thank you for reading.

-1 I don't really get in how far this would help.Posted on 06 March 2018 - 01:39 AM
I go afk in arena lobbies to take care of website reports and be able to easily punishAlso your reasoning doesn't quite make sense, it's more logical for a mod to be disguised while moderating as to not alert any hackers

I disagree, with the bare minimum amount of moderation you guys are exposed to nowadays you have a dual function to act as helpers and be there for anyone’s enquiries.
They need to know you’re on the server for this to happen.

Honestly, no hate to the staff but they just don't cover the server very well, i f someone is blatant and staff aren't on which is common unfortunately I have to keep fighting them… Idk his big ure staff team is but it's too small imoLast edited on 07 March 2018 - 05:28 AM by Business_Tiger
The most Moderators are already disguised when they're playing. If you send messages to a mod and you don't get a message back, it doesn't mean that they aren't doing anything with your message. Maybe they just don't react.Posted on 07 March 2018 - 04:54 PM
Most moderators are very spammed in chat. We selectively reply to messages in-game. I can almost guarantee we read your message, we may simply not be able to respond. 90% of the PMs we receive is simply someone asking for us to gift them ranked matches, which we typically ignore. If you message us about a cheater, we will try to reply, if we don't, we most likely noted it and will watch them. Using /report is a much more effective way of reporting as it will alert all online Moderators instead of only the one you messaged.Secondly, I don't think we should be allowed to AFK for hours, but 1-3 hours shouldn't be a problem at all. If there is a cheater, use /report and if you have a question, we have a forum, discord, and there are plenty of other staff online to help.

Thank you to everyone who responded, I stand by my thought and idea because staff members really don't do much anymore and you never know if they are afk or not.Posted on 10 March 2018 - 03:14 AM
Oh and I've also moved this to the ideas/suggestions subforum.Posted on 10 March 2018 - 12:20 PM
Sorry for the late response but this would help creating a system of when moderators would mostly help uPosted on 11 March 2018 - 12:50 PM
Maybe so Mods do something like /AFK so it doesn't show them in /list anymore (and maybe vanish them in the lobby)But I personally feel like they should be allowed to go AFK in the Arena lobby, just like "normal" players.
