REMOVE ELO DECAY

Hello badlion staff today i want to talk about the ELO DECAYi think the system of elo DECAY sucks because if someone wuold have to go in holiday or wuold have to study for some exams he couldn't play the game and then he will lose elo just because he didn't play the game so much. honestly i don't think people wuold like to be forced to play just to don't lose their elo
