Problems and Nowhere to Put Them

I am extremely new to Badlion so maybe I'm wrong about this. I'm having issues with a couple different things and I realized I really have nowhere to get help. There should be some kind of direct way to get help from someone or submit a ticket or something similar to what bigger companies have. For example, I bought the cape and haven't received it. I got two different purchase confirmation emails and there is no "Contact Us" or "Help" links anywhere in them. It just seems a little absurd to me. I feel like there should be a private feature though. Firstly, because it has to do with buying things which can be a personal issue and also because 99% of the time its just me being dumb and that's embarrassing.Posted on 08 March 2018 - 02:57 AM
