I'm playing this game since a long time, I'm on badlion since season 8, and over the seasons I can see the degradation of the community… I think season 11 and 12 were the best of badlion at the best time of minecraft. Now people just sweat, bowspamm, hack, etc. Rankeds are become unpleasant, unlike at season 12… Even a 1300 places water, and sweat af, I need too much time to kill him…I had a question concerning elo too: at season 12 I was 1900, and now I need to tryhard and sweat af to become 1700 only! ( I don't think my level has dropped)
If some players of old seasons could
give me their feeling about that I would be interested.

You're right. People are trying too hard and are lava , water, block, and bow spamming (I'm not saying how isn't a skill because it is unlike lava).They should reduce lava to only one or none (if there was no lava half of the 1600+ would only be 1200lol). Nowadays no one uses their sword, it's pretty much only secondaries-based which is sad because back in so12 you would actually have melee. I'm not saying that only because I'm decent at melee and I think everyone is bad, I'm saying that because it is sad how people can't even swing their swords.
by the way if anyone tells me that lava is a skill I'll laugh. It's just looking down and clicking once or twice lol.
I'm proud of myself I didn't swear lol

I understand you. But I'm become a lava spammer because people always run away to gapp, and when they are in fire it is easy to critical them. Lava against strange people and hackers is so useful ! When they have 0 kb and 4/5 blocks reach I am happy to have a bow and lava, and yes I play cancerously against this kind of players…I think like you, but arena pvp has changed, now if you want to melee in build uhc you should play UHC meetup, and more precisely MINI UHC MEETUP.
I am 2100 in, it is pure melee, but there is another problem, THE CLEAN UP !!! :")

J'ai aisément atteint 1900 en utilisant tres peu mon arc et mes sceaux de lave. Par contre tu as raison, mini meetup est plus basé sur le combat contre à corps si je puis dire
