Host should be paid for some money

The main reason why I posted this topic is because if hosts would be paid they would host more,better game modes,they would ban more hackers probably, they would respond more etc. I know that moderating on this big server is not easy but if u are UHC Host u should focus only to the uhc that u are hosting atm. When someone who is not senior mod is hosting an uhc they just have to be in some sort of contact with one or two seniors during the whole game. I know its myb a waste of mony but if u give them like 5£ per game they would host better,more,better game modes etc. But the problem with paying hosts is that you are kinda discriminate other mods,for example arena pvp mods or tournament mods or even comunity managers and developers. Lemme know what u guys think

2. Giving people money to host may give them incentive to host more but it can't make them ban more hackers and respond more as they're already doing the best they can unless they're just a shit host.

Although me being a host myself and would love to get paid xD I don't think it will happen, hosts APPLIED to become hosts, if they cannot deal with the stress and shouting from players then they can resign. Although i'm not disregarding this topic completely because of that point, I think this could be good for example, top host every month gets $5 or something along those lines. But for now I highly doubt this will happen.

What i'm trying to say is, there shouldn't be a reward for just being a host, but it would be quite cool to get rewards for being one of the BEST hosts e.g Top bans a month, top hosted games a month etc..
