Didn't receive win?

So basically the fight starts, and this guy just quits the match. I win the match, but no text appeared and I didn't receive no elo for beating the player? The win also isn't listed on my profile. and no, these aren't unranked matches.

Just happened again. They keep disconnecting and don't get a loss

I'm pretty sure gapple ladder isn't in unranked.
