-1 for several reasons.1. There are quite a few people who can gift matches so using the forums as a place to gift wouldn't make sense because there's so many people.
2. People with ranks would merely get spammed on the forums with people asking for matches.
3. There are more things that need to be worked on besides a feature such as this.
4. If you can come on to the site to gift matches, you can come into the game most likely because I'm sure most people don't have discord or similar on their phone, nor do they browse the forums actively waiting for someone to gift matches.
All in all it's not a bad idea, however there isn't really a need for it and time making this could be used to work on something that could benefit the server in a better way.

Additionally, if people could get matches from their friends via the website, this could prevent ranks/staff getting spammed in game to donate their matches.
