So recently, I see many post with great feedback from the community, and then I wonder, what the hell happens to those posts. Are they ever read by somebody who can actually do something about it? Well we do not know, until that thing is implemented.
So today I want to talk about a new system which I would like implemented.
You have to have all +1 and -1's combined more than +10, and then the community managers would suggest it to the player council or at least respond to you.
Fx:
Player 1. +1
Player 2. +1
Player 3. +1
Player 4. +1
Player 5. +1
Player 6. +1
Player 7. +1
Player 8. +1
Player 9. +1
Player 10. +1
Player 11. -1
Player 12. +1
Combine these and you will have +10.
I would have three sub-forums under Ideas/Suggestions
1. Player Council (Denied). Obviously, the player council didn't like the suggestion which means that it gets thrown away.
2. Player Council (Pending). Player council is looking into it. The community managers have suggested it to the pc.
3. Player Council (Accepted). Player council likes the idea together with the owners, and it is something that gets implemented.
Then community managers would go and respond to why it was denied and accepted, and also whether it was the player council that denied it or somebody higher up in the system like, mistake or mentally.

I really like that concept and I agree with you that something has to change.+1

+1 great Idea, it will make communication nicer :)Posted on 21 March 2018 - 08:56 AM
This is already a thing, just not for the public! I literally implemented something like that about 2 weeks ago into the Player Council. I'm currently waiting on some Admin stuff to make it fully efficient and working!Last edited on 21 March 2018 - 09:16 AM by Louiie

Great to hear this is actually a thing, BUT it should be visible for the public. So EVERYONE knows that what is going on, with their suggestions, not just the "Important people".

No.
- there would be too much pressure on Devs and people would just complain about stuff not being implemented as fast as they want it to happend!
- people would complain about Ideas not being implemented!
- I'm trying to make it more transparent for the public in a different way.

Leon, I totally disagree with you here, first and foremost I am sad that you didn’t fully read my thread cause I did indeed say there is a pending sub-section which makes it so there is no direct pressure on the developers

Yes and what happends if the "Pending Sub-forum" has a ton of Threads?…
I understand that you want to know what's going on, but bringing stuff to the public too early causes problems. We've had that in the past (best example is UHC 6.0).

-1 because people will just get their friends to +1 ideas without even reading the thread.Posted on 21 March 2018 - 03:52 PM

Well that's where we have the player council that will just insta deny it.
