We are moving forward in trying to make our network more professional. In this movement we are reviewing our KitPvP server, and cleaning up the vulgar and toxic behaviors. In one week from this post there will be a new ruleset for chat, which we will review here. Before I go into the individual rules and punishments, I would like to state that playing on our network is a right. A right that we may revoke at any time if you get out of hand with abusive chat behavior, cheating or exploiting, or threats of any kind. If the rules are followed, then you will never be punished. If you feel a moderator is abusing his or her power message an administrator about it and we will investigate the matter.Kit PvP Rules:
- Saying "ez" or any form of "ez" is prohibited (say "gg" or "gf" instead for sportsmanship). Saying this in public chat or private messages warrants a mute. (1st offense 15 minute mute, 2nd offense 1 hour mute, 3rd offense 1 day mute, 4th offense permanent mute [requires a mute appeal on the forums to be unmuted])
- Hackusations in public chat is prohibited. Please use the /report feature to report a player who you might think is cheating or hacking, to the moderators. Abusing /report in any form will result in the same punishment. (1st offense 5 minute mute, 2nd offense 15 mute, 3rd offense 1 hour mute, 4th offense 1 day mute, 5th offense permanent mute [requires a mute appeal on the forums to be unmuted])
- Spamming is not allowed. The term spamming in our case means trying to submit the same message to the server multiple times in rapid succession. The message does not have to be identical to the previous to be considered spam. (1st offense 15 minute mute, 2nd offense 1 hour mute, 3rd offense 1 day mute, 4th offense permanent mute [requires a mute appeal on the forums to be unmuted])
- Using derogatory/disrespectful terms is prohibited. Saying this in public chat or private messages warrants a mute. 1st offense 1 hour, 2nd offense 4 hours mute, 3rd offense 1 day mute, 4th offense permanent mute [requires a mute appeal on the forums to be unmuted])
- Threatening to "ddos" or "dox" another player is a permanent ban. We have a 0 tolerance policy with this. At Badlion Network we take people's privacy and security very serious and will not allow threats of any form to be made on our server(s), even as a joke/sarcasm.
- Advertising other servers is a permanent ban. Mentioning another server allowed is ok as long as you are not actively promoting the server to others or mentioning IPs/Addresses.
- Cheating or exploiting of any kind is prohibited. The result for being caught using any 3rd party clients or tools which give an advantage in PvP results in a permanent ban. If you think you have been falsely banned you may appeal on the forums.
- Logging into the server with any form of a derogatory or offensive name will result in a permanent ban. No appeals allowed.
This post is being made on February 13th 2014 and will be put into effect February 20th 2014 (1 week later). Our goal with the Kit PvP server is to create a fun yet competitive environment where players can practice their PvP skills. The amount of vulgar and toxic behavior is simply unacceptable for us to achieve this goal. The modified rule set will help us to achieve this goal. Everyone should feel welcome on our server. As a reminder after reading through these rules, playing on our server(s) is a right. Do not abuse that right and there will be no need for mutes or bans.

totally agree. A few days ago. Jackshow had 1400 points and i had 1800. He was camping so i went over to him. He kept hitting me while the NPC was glitching me back to him. He eventually killed me and said wrecked. Now that's annoying.
